I love a quick, healthy and most importantly, tasty meal. Life gets busy and sometimes you don’t have the energy to make a five course feast. So here are five meals that are sure to be winners in your rotation.
- Hot Dogs
So easy but so yummy. I personally fry some onions to go on top and have it with salad to make sure I’m eating my five a day.

2. Loaded fries
Top oven chips/fries with either mince or chickpeas and kidney beans in a tomato, pepper and mushroom sauce and add chopped spring onions and tomatoes, whack on some sour cream and you’ve got a delicious, fresh tasting, filling meal.

3. Fajitas
This works great in my experience with chicken or beef and is such a nice midweek meal. 10/10.

4. Creamy Chicken Pasta
This is quick and filling. I put chicken and broccoli in my version, with cream, lemon juice and lots of black pepper and it makes for a lovely and comforting, creamy dinner.

5. Stir fry
This is so easy and you can either use a pre-packed packet of veg or chop your own and serve with rice or noodles and you have a cheap, tasty twenty minute meal.
